Federally funded program designed to provide supplemental foods and nutrition education to:

  • Children from Birth to Age 5
  • Pregnant women
  • Breastfeeding mothers
  • Postpartum women

Wednesday Evening until 6:00 PM

Example of Monthly Food Package for an Exclusively Breastfeeding Woman
Milk 28 quarts
Cheese 1 pound
Eggs 2 ½ dozen
Cereal 2 boxes (36 oz. total)
Juice 7 forty-six oz. Cans or 14 six oz. Cans of frozen concentrate
Dried Beans or Peas 1 pound
Peanut Butter 1 large jar (18 oz.)
Tuna Fish 4 cans (26 oz.)
Carrots 2 pounds raw or canned
